The Odyssey7Q and Odyssey7Q+ are the most versatile monitor/recorders in the world. They can be used to view and capture the outputs from hundreds of different cameras and video devices, greatly enhancing the quality of recording possible. With some cameras, the quality improvement is dramatic.
Out of the box, the Odyssey7Q and Odyssey7Q+ can record in HD, 2K, UHD and 4K. They can capture files in Uncompressed DPX stacks in 10-bit or 12-bit color depth. The Odyssey7Q and Odyssey7Q+ can record video using Apple ProRes 422 (HQ), 422, and 422 (LT). More video codecs are coming.
